GUARANTEE
Our puppy is guaranteed to be healthy as determined by a licensed veterinarian. Our puppy contract is designed to protect the Buyer, Seller and our German Shepherds. It is important to note that there are some items that the buyer must follow in order to be eligible for and maintain this guarantee.
* All German Shepherds leaving Protection K-9 leave with a clean bill of health from a licensed veterinarian including all
necessary shots and worming, and if flying out of state, health certificate will be included.
* Seller guarantees the puppy from fatal viruses for 3 days. These included Distemper, Parvo and Corona. It does NOT
included Coccidia, Giardia and Kennel Cough which are caused by bacteria and is not life threatening.
* Buyer should have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 3 days of purchase. If the Buyer's veterinarian should
determine that the puppy is not in good health, we will exchange the puppy for a puppy of equal value and when
puppies are available. Seller requires a copy of the veterinarian examination and all paperwork within 36 hours. If
Buyer
keeps puppy beyond the 3 day period, this portion of the guarantee becomes null and void.
* We will replace any puppy found to have debilitating hip dysplasia before 24 months of age, AS DETERMINED BY
THE ORTHOPEDIC FOUNDATION FOR ANIMALS (O.F.A.). If the puppy's x-ray is not submitted to the O.F.A.
for evaluation, no replacement will be made. All cost for this evaluation is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
* We will replace any puppy that suffers from any serious congenital or hereditary health defect, such as: blindness,
deafness, heart condition, any crippling or debilitating congenital or hereditary condition confirmed by the Seller's
veterinarian before 24 months of age.
* Seller is not responsible and does not guarantee any actions of the puppy after leaving Protection K-9 including but not
limited to puppy's potential, show status and violent action.
LIMITATIONS OF GUARANTEE
* This guarantee applies only to the purchaser, as named on the original sales receipt and is not transferable.
* Failure to adhere to the recommended vaccination schedule will nullify this guarantee.
* Under no circumstance will the Seller be responsible for any type of veterinarian cost, examinations, tests, medical
treatments, medications, supplements, etc...
* Seller will not be responsible for any transportation charges of any kind, at any time.
* No replacement will be made for any condition not confirmed by a veterinarian of the Seller's choice.
* The Seller retains the option to refund the purchase price of the puppy in lieu of providing a replacement.
* This guarantee expires on the day of the puppy's 24 month birthday.
